Meet the Mayoral Candidates- Tuesday September 16th 7-9PM

I want to share a note for friends and colleagues connected to Hoboken’s charter school communities. As many of you know, education in Hoboken has always been deeply important to me, and charter schools play a significant role in shaping opportunities for students and families here.

With the upcoming mayoral election, it’s essential that we understand where each of the candidates stands on the future of charter schools—how they see these schools fitting into the broader educational landscape of our city, and what their record and plans for support look like. These are not abstract questions; they directly affect our schools, our teachers, and most importantly, our children.

I strongly encourage you to be part of these conversations and to bring your questions and perspectives forward. I look forward to seeing many of you on September 16 as we continue this important dialogue about the future of education in Hoboken.
