Skyrocketing Enrollment in the Hoboken Public Schools? Decide for Yourself...

In November of 2021 the Hoboken Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schoolsproposed a bond referendum for the construction of a new high school based on "skyrocketing" enrollment.

During the period from November 2021 to the eventual public vote on the bond referendum, no official enrollment was released by the Board even through the district is obligated to know the official enrollment of the district as of October 15th of the school year. The bond referendum failed.
