The following is an exchange between the Hoboken Board of Education and the City of Hoboken in regards to PILOT funding allocation for the public education of the children in Hoboken. This has been a highly debated discussion in Hoboken for the past number of weeks raising many issues of school funding, taxes, and allocation of resources.
