We are writing to give you an update for the work that we have done during the month of June.
On Monday, June 22, 2009
- We set up a schedule for June and July. We discussed and gave a tutorial on the new MYP planner format. Also, we dicussed the vertical alignment maps for every area of interaction.
Wednesday, June 24, 2009
- We decided to revise the enduring understandings and the essential questions for every unit in each grade first.
- We completed the revisions for grades 9, 9 Honors, 10 and 10 Honors.
Thursday, June 25, 2009
- We completed the revisions for the essential questions and the enduring understandings for IB 11th SL and 11th HL, as well as grades 7 and 8.
Friday, June 26, 2009
- We completed the revisions for grade 6 and IB 11HL and 12HL. We began to work on the 5th grade revisions.
We are hoping to complete as much of the revisions for the essential questions and the enduring understandings by June 30, 2009 as possible. We are now going to concentrate on transferring the information into the MYP planner and as well as the UBD planner.
