Your paper has been placed in a Poster Session session titled, “Science Learning and Teaching Posters II”. Each format involves different expectations about the mode of presentation. The program schedule, which will include information on the date, time, and location of your session, will be available mid-February. Sessions will be scheduled throughout the entire meeting and your session may be the first timeslot on the first day of the meeting or the last timeslot on the last day of the meeting. Keep in mind that the first session timeslot begins at 12:00pm on April 27 and the last session time slot is 2:15pm – 3:45pm on May 1, so if you plan to book your flight before the schedule is released, please take that into consideration.

Please keep in mind that authors whose paper has been accepted for the AERA Annual Meeting are required to upload their full paper to the All Academic System no later than March 31, 2017.  If you do not upload a full paper by the deadline, the initial submission will constitute the final paper. The All Academic System will reopen in February so that you may upload a copy of your final paper. Access to uploaded papers is available to all participants in the assigned session.   Also, the deadline for program changes is March 16, 2017.  This includes changes to paper titles, session titles, and authors, as well as Session Chairs and Discussants.

AERA in addition encourages authors to participate voluntarily in the AERA Online Paper Repository. You already had the option to indicate your preference upon submission of your paper. If you did not select the option at the time of submission and would like to do so, you will be instructed on how to do so when you receive notification that the system is open to upload your final paper.

Copies of all 2017 Annual Meeting program related e-mail correspondence sent from the All Academic System are available online in your personal "Message Center." This link is available in the Submitter menu of the All Academic System once you have signed in.
